A little bit of history about Scuola Sci e Snowboard San Vito e Borca di Cadore and our champion Nilo Zandanel.
In the middle 50's, when winter tourism was moving its first steps, thanks to Winter Olympic Games that took place in Cortina d'Ampezzo in 1956, some local people approached a new kind of job: the ski instructor.
Initially they worked for Cortina d'Ampezzo's ski school, but in 1964 they decided to found the first ski school in San Vito di Cadore.
Today the school counts about twenty ski, snowboard, telemark and snowbike instructors.
