How do I book a ski lesson?
Private lessons or class lessons can be booked online, by phone, by email or directly in the office. They have to be confirmed with advance payment within the previous evening.
In case of bad weather are the lessons reimbursed?
Lessons take place even in case of bad weather; they are reimbursed only when all lifts are closed because of the bad weather.
At what age can one start to ski?
Normally kids can approach skiing at the age of 4 or 5.
How should I dress kids for skiing?
Usually as adults; actually often they tolerate cold weather better than adults; so don’t exaggerate with clothes. Helmet is fundamental, since it’s compulsory untill 14 years old. Furthermore it has to be the right size and approved for skiing.
Where do I meet the ski instructor?
The meeting point is inside of Neve Sole snow park, where there’s the sign board “Ritrovo Maestri”. It’s possible to agree a different meeting point, click here for more informations.
How do I get to the ski area?
You can get to the ski area by bus, by car from the city centre or by walk. Click here for more infomations.
Where do I rent the equipment?
The ski rental has 2 locations: one near the ski school offices, which you can directly contact by calling the number +(39) 0436 9205, and the other one on the slopes, next to the Neve Sole ski school area. For detailed information, you can contact them directly at +(39) 0436 9787.

Is it possible to deposit skis?
Yes, you can easily leave your skis at Noleggio Tambres, near Parco Neve Sole, in the ski area.
Where I can find Informations about the skipass?
All informations are available directly at ski pass office in the same building of tourist board, about 100 meters from ski school. You can call to (+39) 0436 9791 or visit their website.
They are open in the following times: from 8.30 to 12.00 am and from 3.30 to 7.00 pm all days except afternoons of tuesday and wednesday.
