Reservations and payments for private lessons and group courses
Private lessons and group courses booked at the Ski and Snowboard School San Vito and Borca di Cadore must be paid in advance, before start, and are subject to the following conditions:
- A credit card is required to book online.
- When booking, the credit card provided will be debited for an amount equal to the total number of private lessons or group courses booked.
- If the credit card company denies the authorization, the reservation will automatically be placed in the Wait for Confirmation status. Our staff will contact you to request a pre-payment in other ways. This pre-payment can be sent by money transfer row according to the instructions provided by us.
- If you have a special agreement for discounted rates, it will be applied only if indicated at the time of booking.
- In the cost of the group course and private lessons, insurance policies for accidents and liability are not included!
Cancellations, interruptions and refunds of private lessons or group courses
- Cancellations of lessons booked through website, e-mail or telephone must be made by telephone or email at least 24 hours before the beginning. In case of failure to cancel within the set deadline, the loss of an amount equal to the services booked for the first day will occur.
- The interruption of the attendance to the group courses does not give the right to have a refound. In case of illness or accident, and upon presentation of a medical certificate, tha amount paid can be recovered booking another ski class during the current winter season or by next December; alternatively an adjustment will be made for private lessons.
- Private lessons and group courses are held under any weather conditions. They can be suspended only if the situation prevents the opening of the skilifts and / or that the instructor believes that the weather conditions are prohibitive for the lesson, in this case you will be contacted directly by Scuola Sci e Snowboard San Vito e Borca di Cadore and lessons not attended will be reimbursed.

Booking voucher
Only the delivery to the instructor of the booking voucher, issued in the ski school offices, entitles the learner to take the private lesson or the group course.
Lessons duration
- The 2 hour collective courses last for 1 hour and 50 minutes;
- The 3 hour collective courses last for 2 hours and 45 minutes;
- An hour of private lesson lasts 55 minutes.
Delivery to parents of underage learners
Parents of underage learners must present themselves at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before the end of lesson time, in case of a possible delay of parents, the instructor will return the learner to the ski school staff or, upon authorizations signature from one of the parents, to the staff of Kindehreim.
All the people under the age of 14 who attend private lessons or collective courses, or who practice snow sport must mandatory wear a helmet.
